Regular Meetings of the Moraga-Orinda Fire District Board of Directors are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. - with closed session beginning at 6 p.m. and open session beginning at 7 p.m. The location of the meeting is listed on each agenda, as it may vary.
When the day for a regular meeting of the District Board falls on a legal holiday, the District Board, at the preceding meeting, shall determine the time and date of any rescheduled meeting. Various other Special meetings are scheduled throughout the year to address time-sensitive District issues. Meetings take place in person and via Zoom videoconference.

A Regular public board meeting will be held beginning at 6:30 p.m. (Closed Session) and the open session beginning at 7 p.m. (Open Session).
Please note:
The Moraga-Orinda Fire Protection District Board of Directors will hold two separate meetings on December 18, 2024, at the Orinda Library Auditorium. A Special Meeting at 5:00 PM. This meeting will honor Retiring Fire Chief Dave Winnacker, followed by a reception in the Library Art Gallery, and a Regular Meeting at 6:30 PM (Closed Session) and 7:00 PM (Open Session). The Regular Board Meeting will address the standard agenda items, including reports, updates, and actionable items. The agendas for these meetings have been sent out separately.
