NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Moraga-Orinda Fire District will hold a public hearing and second reading of Ordinance 22-01, an ordinance revising the Schedule of Fees for District Services, at its regular meeting on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. held via webinar/teleconference (only) in accordance with AB 361. The District's Schedule of Fees revision is based on the annual change in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) Urban Wage Earners, San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose, CA region, increased 3.8% effective October 2021 (most recent). Two additional fees have been added for services to the Group E-Occupancies – Schools, Public Schools Mandated Inspections. Data related to the District's costs for providing the service or enforcement and revenue sources are available for review by contacting the District Clerk.
