DESCRIPTION:<p align="center"><strong>NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE<br>MORAGA-ORINDA FIRE DISTRICT<br>BOARD OF DIRECTORS</strong></p><p align="center" style="text-align: left;"><strong>Issued: February 11, 2022</strong></p><p align="center" style="text-align: left;">NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Moraga-Orinda Fire District will hold a public hearing and first reading of Ordinance 22-02, an Ordinance of the Moraga-Orinda Fire District of Contra Costa County, California, Adopting Requirements for Fuel Breaks on Undeveloped Parcels and certain low density large developed parcels, and Findings of Fact Establishing Additional Requirements in the State Responsibility Areas and Local Responsibility Areas at its regular meeting on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. held via webinar/teleconference (only) in accordance with AB 361. &nbsp;The California Fire Code is contained in Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations and falls under the California Building Standards Code.
