Moraga-Orinda Fire Protection District’s Home-Hardening Grants Program
is now Offering Free Gutter Covering for District Homeowners

MOFD has received a shipment of “Gutterglove- Leafblaster Pro” gutter covering just in time for the worst part of our wildland fire season. These stainless steel guards are designed to minimize the accumulation of combustible material in your home’s gutters and limit the surface spread of flame for at least 30 minutes.  Having gutter coverings has the potential of protecting your home from damage due to flying embers.
