REVISED SCHEDULE OF FEES
AMBULANCE TRANSPORT AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its meeting held on May 20, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Moraga-Orinda Fire Protection District adopted a Revised Schedule of Fees for ambulance transport and emergency medical services by the following vote:

AYES:          DIRECTORS HASLER, ROEMER, DANZIGER, AND JORGENS

NOES:         NONE

ABSENT:     DIRECTOR JEX

ABSTAIN:    NONE

Ordinance No. 26-04

AN ORDINANCE OF THE MORAGA-ORINDA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY REVISING A SCHEDULE OF FEES AND COLLECTIONS POLICIES FOR AMBULANCE TRANSPORT AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES AND SUPERSEDING ORDINANCE NO. 25-02.

SUMMARY OF THE ORDINANCE: Ordinance No. 26-04 revises the fee schedule and collections policies for ambulance transport and emergency medical services and supersedes Ordinance No. 25-02. The ordinance establishes updated ambulance service fees and related collection policies, including waiver provisions when payment would not be in the public interest. This ordinance will be operative on July 1, 2026.
