**Contract awarded to Sequoia Environmental on September 6, 2023**

The Moraga Orinda Fire District (MOFD) is seeking a qualified environmental consulting service for wildland fuels management projects. The Fire District routinely receives grant funds and special project funding for fuel reduction work. In many cases, the funding has a very short time frame completing the project.  The Contractor shall furnish all material, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, incidentals and labor specified. The District is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified provide to enter into a service agreement beginning on or around September 21, 2023.

This RFP represents the requirements for an open and competitive process.  Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 pm PDT on September 1, 2023.  Late submissions after the deadline or proposals delivered via fax or postal service will not be accepted.
