Requesting a District Fee Waiver

The Moraga-Orinda Fire District may waive or reduce certain District Service Fees—excluding EMS/Ambulance Fees and fines associated with citations—when the Fire Chief determines that doing so is in the public interest.

Eligible applicants include nonprofits, schools, public agencies, or individuals demonstrating financial hardship. Waivers may also be considered for events or activities that directly support District programs, promote fire prevention, or benefit the community.
