Construction and fire system plans can be dropped off or mailed to 1280 Moraga Way, Moraga, CA 94556. The Office of the Fire Marshal requires the submittal of a Plan Review Application, a minimum of two sets of plans, specifications and/or calculation sheets and a Plan Review Fees.
REMOTE PROCEDURES FOR PERMITS AND PLAN REVIEW DURING COVID-19
In response to Contra Costa County's Public Health Order, the administrative office remains closed to public visitation. We are working remotely to continue to provide important services while protecting the health of our employees and customers.
A large container has been placed outside the Administrative Office Door for receipt of Plans for Review.
How to Submit Plans for Review:
1. Bring 2 Sets of Plans
2. Complete 1 Plan Review Application
- Make sure you include your email
- Make sure you select the "Type of Plan."
- DO NOT LEAVE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT
3. Attach the Plan Review Application to the 2 sets of Plans.
4. Place inside the large container for Staff to pick-up
Plans are collected daily. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the plans and an invoice with instructions for payment.
Once payment is processed (Visa/MasterCard/Check) and the plan review is complete, you will receive instructions for picking up the plans and review comments.
These procedures are in effect until further notice.
